Lets Drink! Gold Rush, White Russian, Mezcal Mule

We’re joined by Corey Cavin of the Bradshaw Boys for our weekly “Lets Drink!” segment.

Mike’s Cocktail: The Gold Rush (Cold Toddy)

• 2 oz Bourbon
• .75 oz Lemon Juice
• .75 oz Honey Syrup(Equal Parts Honey and Simple Syrup)

Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake vigorously, strain and pour over ice

Cory’s Cocktail: The White Russian

• 1.5 oz Vodka
• 1.5 oz Kahlua
• 1.5 oz Cream

Fill an Old Fashion Glass with ice. Pour Vodka and Kahlua into the glass, pour milk over the back end of a spoon for better layering

Tom’s Cocktail: Mezcal Mule

• 1.5 oz Mezcal
• 1 oz Ginger Beer
• 3/4 oz Lime Juice
• 3/4 oz Passion Fruit Puree(Boiron Preferred)
• 1/2 oz Agave Nectar
• 3 Cucumber Slices

Add Cucumber Slices and Agave to a Mixing Glass and Muddle
Add all other ingredients and ice. Shake until Chilled
Strain over crushed ice into Mule glass
Garnish with Cucumber Slice and Lime Slice
