0

On this week’s Let’s Drink! John Wang from the Queens International Night Market hangs around with Tom and Mike to talk about what he’s having tonight. Also Mike gets Bleeped out for the first time ever

Mike’s Drink – Tecate Mexican Lager
After talking about $5 Beers for so long all Mike could think about was his favorite beer to drink at the Queens International Night Market, so he’s having one(a few) tonight

Tom’s Drink – The Sazerac
2 1/2 oz of Rye
1 Sugar Cube
2 dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
Absinthe
Lemon Twist

In an old fashion glass muddle sugar cube with a few drops of water
Add several small ice cubes, the rye, and bitters
Mix thoroughly
In a second old fashion glass pour a small amount of absinthe and move it around so it coats the glass, strain the cocktail from the first glass into into
Garnish with Lemon Twist

John’s Drink – Steakhouse Red’s
John is dining at a Steakhouse tonight and plans on having a big funky red with his dinner. Mike suggested a Chinon, a funky Cabernet Franc from the Loire Valley
