This week Mike cooked Sesame Crusted Tuna Steaks with Soy and Ginger Glazed Heirloom Baby Carrots over a bed of Arugula Salad. Tom also cooked a secret Beef
Tips and Tricks:
Put Sesame Seeds and Red Pepper Flakes in a bowl, pat your tuna steaks dry and dip the edges of them into the bowl so they get that great sesame crust. Do not put sesame on the sides you are cooking, they will burn and your will ruin your beautiful piece of fish
For cooking carrots they cannot be soft, or raw, they need to essentilly be al dente. Carrots love to be glazed with butter and other ingredients. Mike did his with ginger and soy, Tom did his with chicken stock and garlic.
