Mike has been battling a cold all week so obviously he’s drinking a Penicillin this weekend. A cocktail that originated at Death & Co. Tom also wanted something smokey so he’s going to be having a Oaxacan Negroni. Russell is having some homemade Pear Liqueur
Penicillin Cocktail
2 oz Blended Scotch whisky
3⁄4 oz Fresh lemon juice
3⁄4 oz Honey-ginger syrup
1⁄4 oz Islay single-malt scotch
Add the first 3 ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake vigorously, pour over large ice cube and float the Islay scotch on top of the ice cube. Garnish with candied ginger
Oaxacan Negroni
1 oz Mezcal
1 oz Campari
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
Combine all three ingredients and stir with ice. Strain into a chilled Coupe glass and garnish with an Orange Peel
