On June 13, 2018, City Council of Jersey City passed a resolution approving the relocation of the Katyn Monument to a new location. The next day, Mayor of Jersey City Steven Fulop, met with media. Radio RAMPA asked Mayor to comment on the city’s council meeting and the ordinance – what does it actually mean? Also, is the decision final and is there anything that could change it, e.g. referendum? Additionally, Radio RAMPA asked what Mayor has learnt for the last 1,5 month regarding the matter? What did he learn about the Polish community? Would he have done anything differently?
