Interview with NYC Brooklyn Borough President candidate, Robert Cornegy

Rampa News guest is Robert Cornegy, councilman representing district 36. in NYC Council, who is running in the election for Brooklyn Borough President.

Robert Cornegy is a Democratic Candidate, who believes that NYPD needs reform, not a reduction in head count. He endorses Eric Adams for NYC Mayor, and is convinced, that public safety is essential in “bringing NYC Back” from the pandemic. 

Robert Cornegy wants to make Brooklyn affordable for those who work and have businesses here; he wants to work with only trusted developers; he will dedicate a portion of Brooklyn Borough Budget to small-businesses needing help after the pandemic; he has a plan for families with children – all of this he discussed with RAMPA News’ editor-in-chief Monika Adamski. 

The candidate is also talking about his support for ethnic groups in Brooklyn – including Polish-American community in Greenpoint. He was a guest of a press conference with Polish ethnic media.
