Alex’s Drink: Loco Verde
- Chamomile Smoked Glass
- 1 oz Potent Matcha Green Tea
- 1 oz Cucumber Juice
- 0.5 Yuzu Juice
- Healthy Barspoon Wasabi
- Club Soda
- 2 oz Sake or Tequila
Mix all besides Club Soda, shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass, top with club soda and garnish with cucumber slice
Mike’s Drink: Siesta
- 2 oz silver tequila.
- 1/2 oz
campari . - 1/2 oz fresh lime juice.
- 3/4 oz fresh grapefruit juice.
- 1/2 oz simple syrup.
Garnish: slice of grapefruit peel or Candied Ginger
Mix all ingredients and shake, pour into a glass over ice garnish with Grapefruit Peel or Candied Gingdf
Tom’s Drink: The Matador
- 2 ozTequila
- 4 oz Pineapple Juice
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice
Mix all ingredients and shake, pour into a glass over ice garnish with Pineapple Wedge and Leaf
