Mike’s Drink: Juan Collins
- 1.5 oz Tequila
- .5 oz Agave
- .5 Lemon
- .5 Lime
- Soda to top drink
Shake ingredients and pour into a Collins Glass over ice, top with soda garnish with lemon and lime
Sam’s Drink: The Sam Doyle Negroni
- 1 oz Junipero
- 1 oz Grand Classico
- 1 oz Antica Formula
Stir with ice, strain and pour over ice garnish with Orange Peel
Tom’s Drink: Beefeater Martini
- 3 oz Beefeater
- Drop of Vermouth
- 3 Olives
Stir with ice, strain into a chilled martini glass, garnish with olives
